JBS Wins at Microsoft Partner of the Year for the Ninth Consecutive Year, Recognized for its Implementation/Operation Track Record for Fully Cloud-Based and Zero Trust Security Systems That Fulfill Security Policies in the Financial Industry

Japan Business Systems, Inc. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative: Yukihiro Makita, President; hereinafter “JBS”) won the Modern Endpoint Management Award at Microsoft Japan Partner of the Year 2021 hosted by Microsoft Japan Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Microsoft Japan”) on July 15, 2021.
With this award, JBS has won at Microsoft Japan Partner of the Year for nine consecutive years.

JBS has been supporting infrastructure development/operation for customers in the financial industry for many years. Leveraging our experience in this field, JBS developed a future-oriented system that was implemented/operated at 50% of the cost of non-cloud environments for the establishment of Human Resources Governance Leaders Co., Ltd. (President, CEO: Shigeru Uchigasaki), a new company under the Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group . JBS was recognized for its achievements in this case study, which led to the receipt of this award. In this case study, with the absence of dedicated systems personnel, JBS combined Microsoft 365 E5, web security, measures for erroneous transmission of e-mails, JBS’s original service Secure File Transfer App metis fiebie, cloud PBX service INNOVERA⁺, etc. to establish a fully cloud-based and zero trust security system implementation model that fulfilled financial industry policies and contributed to developing a foundation supportive of high productivity that was also adaptable to remote work during the COVID pandemic.

Inquiries about this implementation model are increasing not only from the financial industry but also from among customers in other industries. JBS will use the winning of the award this time as encouragement to continue to spread Microsoft cloud solutions.
