"fiebie" is an SaaS service that is used in connection with Microsoft 365.
There are two versions: one for Microsoft Outlook (hereinafter referred to as “Outlook”) and one for Microsoft Teams (hereinafter referred to as “Teams”). By linking fiebie with Outlook or Teams and entering shared email addresses, it offers the function to easily transmit and gather files.
- Files of a maximum of 15 GB can be transmitted or gathered. Depending on the usage environment, the limit may fall below 15 GB.

- The fiebie application installed in a Microsoft 365 environment handles file gathering and transmission, so it does not require the recipient to join the tenant and can be used in environments that prohibit guest access.

- What is the limit of the file size that can be transmitted or gathered?
- A maximum size of 15 GB per file can be transmitted or gathered.
However, depending on the recipient’s network environment and client PC specs, downloading large files may fail. - Is it compatible with multiple languages?
- Display can be in Japanese or English.
- Are the transmitted or gathered files saved on fiebie server?
- Files are stored in the subscriber’s Microsoft 365 environment (SharePoint Online or OneDrive) and are not saved on fiebie server.
- Is there a virus checking function when uploading or downloading files?
- The fiebie does not have a virus checking function, but files placed on the subscriber’s SharePoint Online or OneDrive are subject to the standard SharePoint Online or OneDrive virus check.
- Can fiebie be added to the Microsoft Teams private channel?
- Due to the specifications of the Microsoft Teams private channel, fiebie cannot be added.
