Global Procurement Support Service
This is a support service for procuring software from Microsoft, independent software vendors (ISVs), and various partners.
We support comprehensive Microsoft license agreements (EA/ESA), including those used in Japan and those used at overseas offices. We also support the bulk procurement of licenses for various ISV software products that can be procured globally.

Hardware Procurement/Development/SI Construction Service
For hardware procurement we select and procure PCs, server-related equipment, and network equipment, quickly acquiring all the hardware you will require. This enables the development and optimization of the overall IT infrastructure overseas and realizes smooth business operations.
In the development field, we also build the latest web applications and business systems, and provide customized solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, to flexibly respond to business needs.
We also support the construction of systems required at overseas sites regarding Microsoft licenses and ISV software. Specifically, we also respond to requests for governance from Japan, such as tenant integration related to Microsoft licenses, device registration with Microsoft Intune, security measures, and device management related to PCs.
Global Operation Support Service
We support internal business processing, including overseas license usage. Specifically, we support our customers based on their business processing policies, such as consolidating license usage through bulk purchases based on contracts with the Japanese headquarters, or through internal transfers.
We also handle requests for additional licenses from overseas subsidiaries other than those purchased in bulk by the Japanese head office and provide support for business operations such as local estimates and orders, as well as support for billing, inquiries, and local tax processing.
The payment currencies available for transactions are the following: US dollars, Singapore dollars, GB pounds, and yen. For other currencies, we handle transaction volumes according to customer requests.
