Climate Change Initiatives
Along with Microsoft, which is engaging in efforts to become carbon negative, we contribute to reducing customer companies’ energy consumption by accelerating business changeover to clouds. Within JBS as well, we are expanding the use of cloud services to shift from in-house servers to become serverless to receive the energy emission reduction effects of Microsoft’s zero emission initiatives.
Additionally, as an initiative aimed at reducing electricity usage at our company headquarters, we are switching over to LED lights and turning off lights on floors that are not in use.
