This is an implementation support service for customers who are newly starting to use Microsoft Viva Insights. By setting up the initial settings and practicing the basic operation for analysis in workshop style, you can start work style analysis in two days.

Using this service you gain an overview of Viva Insights and learn basic operation through workshop style sessions in two days. The workshops not only teaches you basic operations, but also examples and knowledge that JBS has cultivated.

Day 1
- Overview Explanation of Viva Insights
- License assignment
- Explanation of how to set up authorization settings
- Explanation of organizational data and how to create it
- Explanation of how to execute setup wizard
Day 2
- Explanation of Viva Insights screen
- What is a query?
- How to use query results (CSV download, ODATA)
- Use query templates (Power BI dashboard)
What is Viva Insights?
Viva Insights is a productivity analysis tool for Microsoft 365 to create better working habits. By analyzing data from Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Teams along with employee attributes, the analysis results give you insights that can contribute to business, such as improved productivity, improved quality of work, and maximized organizational abilities.
