For An Easier Version Upgrade
Endpoint Update for Windows
In this service, JBS uses an original system to support the deployment of a Feature Update for Windows OS using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (hereinafter referred to as “MECM”).
Service Overview
Aiming to improve the updating rate, by providing a JBS-original system that can be incorporated into your MECM and assistance for deployment work using this system as a set, this service enables you to complete FU deployment in as little as two months.
Service Benefits
By realizing detailed handling on a terminal-level, such as checking the condition of a terminal pre-FU deployment, identifying problems by understanding the contents of errors using output logs, and an automated guidance function for users to handle problems themselves, you can realize FU deployment in a short time.
- Never Forget an Update
-
Displaying a pop-up to announce the start of version upgrading at times that won’t disturb your work, such as when you sign in, allows the user to select the timing of upgrading that won’t impact their work, reducing instances of overlooking the start of updating.
- Displaying Solutions so the User can Resolve an Issue Independently
-
In the case that an update does not complete normally, automatic guidance for the user to handle it themselves without waiting for instructions from the IT department improves the rate of self-resolution and leads to resolution without support from the IT department.
- Enables You to Focus on Solving Problems
-
By checking the conditions of each terminal by log outputs, etc., you can accurately grasp problems that are occurring and clarify the problems that the IT department need to handle. This shortens the time until problems are handled, realizing short-term deployment in as little as two months.
