Managed Endpoint is an SaaS-type service that supports the operation of computers and servers. You can use this service immediately with just a monthly usage fee. We provide web reports that allow you to inspect and export asset information acquired in real time, anytime, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The service provides everything from asset management including life cycle, to patch management, all with a single endpoint.

- How long does it take to implement the service?
- The timeline varies depending on the service and customer environment, but the minimum preparation period is about one month.
- Is there a minimum number of endpoints for the contract?
- There is no minimum. However, for contracts with fewer than 700 endpoints, costs will be estimated based on 700 endpoints.
- Is it necessary to install an agent on client devices?
- Yes. We also provide support for deployment via logon scripts or installation from other management tools.
- Are specific network ports required to be open for communication?
- Yes. From the customer environment, outbound access to the JBS-designated global addresses is required for TCP: 52311,80,443 and ICMP. In some cases, certain ports may also need to be opened within the customer’s internal network.
- Can I choose which patches to apply?
- Yes. A list of applicable patches is provided each month, and customers can select which patches to apply or exclude.
- What information is included in the monthly report?
- The monthly report includes exported asset management data as of the specified date.
