    Smart Cloud Controller

    This is a management and analytics platform essential for driving cloud DX.
    It supports licenses purchased from JBS, including Microsoft 365 and Azure, and is designed for multi-tenant environments. The platform also supports both Japanese and English, enabling ease of use in global settings.

    Software Cost Optimization Service

    In collaboration with Crayon, this assessment service provides detailed analysis of customers’ software assets and delivers reports to support optimal procurement strategies, leveraging JBS’s expertise as a global cloud integrator.

    Phase 2: Global Procurement Support Service

    Software Procurement

    JBS assists customers with Microsoft master license agreements (EA/ESA) covering both Japan and overseas offices. We also support bulk procurement of globally available ISV software products.
    Specifically, based on contracts with the Japanese headquarters, we can consolidate licenses purchased in bulk and provide support in alignment with your operational policies. We also handle requests for additional licenses from overseas subsidiaries, including preparing quotes, placing orders locally, and responding to inquiries. Payments can be made in USD, EUR, GBP, or JPY.

    By establishing a global Microsoft master license agreement, you will be able to ensure pricing consistency at standard rates while optimizing costs across the entire contract.

    Procuring software

    Including licenses for overseas use, inquiries can be handled in Japan, enabling centralized management of both domestic and subsidiary IT environments.
