AnnouncementJBS has launched the provision of support related to Copilot for Microsoft 365 in two support services for users and system administrators. These services assist customers who are working to streamline business using Copilot for Microsoft 365.
Remote Service Desk
JBS conducts various inquiry handling such as on the use of Microsoft 365 or Windows OS as well as troubleshooting. Users can select a plan depending on the number of inquiries.
Live Support
This support service provides flexible and wide-ranging support by Microsoft product expert engineers in accordance with customer wishes and is charged by the hour. It can be used for the number of hours required, starting from a minimum of 20 hours.
