    The minimum contract period is one year, which renews automatically.
    What is covered in first-line support?
    The scope of first-line support includes implementing predefined standard responses agreed with the customer from incident handling through to temporary recovery. Second-line support covers investigation of root causes after first-line actions and implementation of permanent corrective measures.

    Yes. The service supports various cloud platforms, including Microsoft Azure and SAKURA internet, as well as hybrid environments.
