Diagnosis for Microsoft 365 Copilot with Microsoft Viva Insights
JBS creates more than twenty types of Power BI reports from quantitative data in Microsoft Viva Insights (hereinafter referred to as “Viva Insights”) to diagnose the usage status and implementation effect following introduction of Microsoft 365 Copilot (hereinafter referred to as “Copilot”). This enables multifaceted analysis of the implementation effect of Copilot.
Service Overview
For customers who are just starting to use Viva Insights, JBS provides support for the tasks necessary for initial implementation.
After that, JBS creates Power BI reports and analytical reports using the newly acquired Copilot metrics data from Viva Insights and the existing work style analysis metrics data. These reports help you to accurately understand whether you are using Copilot effectively and will be useful in expanding Copilot use within your organization.
Furthermore, through workshop-based learning you will be able to bring operations in-house.
What Is Viva Insights?
Viva Insights is a cloud-based service using data from Microsoft 365 including employees’ Outlook emails and calendars, Teams meetings and chat messages, and Copilot usage logs to gain insights into communication styles, trends, and Copilot usage.

We use the functions provided by Viva Insights to analyze your Copilot usage. In addition, we quickly generate reports from four perspectives based on analytical BI templates developed by JBS.

We report on the usage and effectiveness of Copilot under four analysis themes. We use indicators unique to Viva Insights, such as collaboration time and focus time, to extract potential business benefits.
- Learn Analytical Knowledge to Promote In-House Production

Through four workshops, you learn how to create reports and perform analysis, from the initial setup for Viva Insights to how to acquire data and how to interpret Power BI reports. You will be able to update and analyze reports yourself.

This will be conducted in three steps: kickoff, four workshops, and a final presentation (2 hours each, held online).
