- Planning
As our extensive adoption track record demonstrates, we will draft an adoption plan optimized for your environment.
This includes a seamless adoption plan tailored to your circumstances, as well as analysis of your post-adoption update flow. - Office 365 Environment Preparation
In order to make your Office use as smooth as possible, we will make the necessary preparations to link your Office 365 environment with your on-premises environment.
* This service is not a requirement. We will offer it if linking is deemed necessary after hearing from you about your situation, including your requirements.
* The customer will be responsible for some parts of the process (license registration, etc.). - Office 365 ProPlus Adoption
- Helpdesk Service
We provide this service in a form suited to your needs, including remote or on-site.

About Office 365 ProPlus
- Enables you to always use the latest version of Office.
- Unlike with Office packages, there is no need to purchase additional licenses even when upgrading to a new major release.
- Can be installed on 15 devices (5 PCs, 5 tablets, 5 smartphones) per person, allowing Office to be used anytime, anywhere.
- Enables use of numerous services in addition to Office. (Services provided differ by license type)

Stipulations
- The post-adoption version of Office will be the latest version of Office as of the conclusion of the adoption process.
- Office 365 ProPlus normally enables offline use of the locally installed Office, rather than the web-based version of Office. If you do not connect to the internet at least once in a 30-day period, it will change to a restricted mode, and the features you can use will be restricted.
- As per Office 365 ProPlus’s specifications, this Office is not an upgrade, but a fresh install. For this reason, your existing Office customization settings and macros will not be carried over. JBS offers support for this on request. Please consult with us, as this requires a separate estimate.
