Service Overview

Connex Module is a telephone service that adds a call function to Microsoft 365. It supports the PBX cloud migration of companies that are burdened by the on-premise operation of office telephones, such as “we are having employees come to the office just to operate the phones because we use PBX.” It also contributes to driving work style reforms. This service uses Arteria Phone for Microsoft Teams provided by Arteria Networks .

    This service provides support for Connex Module administrators.

    • Handled within 2-3 days from the receipt of task

    • Up to ten cases a month

    • For setting telephone numbers that have already been paid out (assign, delete, or change) and reassigning telephone numbers in use, up to five numbers per case.

    Service Benefits

    Using the company’s telephone numbers, employees can make telephone calls smoothly from Teams whether they are at home or outside. By setting groups, it is also possible to call multiple employees simultaneously, or for employees to answer a phone call on another member’s behalf and hold or transfer a phone call. Additionally, because telephone calls are billed by the amount of use, you can optimize your phone bill.
