The Address Book Synchronization Service is a global address book serving Office 365 tenants. It enables members of a corporate group to share a unified address book, facilitating quick and uninterrupted communication while enhancing group synergy.
Service Overview
The global address book affords Office 365 tenants a synchronization level beyond the standardized array of Office 365 functions.
Create, edit, and delete contacts
- Acquire Office 365 tenant user and group information through Microsoft Entra ID
- Target sync tenant information is compared, update target is identified, and contact information is created, edited, or deleted, as appropriate
