(Headquarters: Minato Ward, Tokyo: hereinafter, “Microsoft Japan”) to engineers working at partner companies. This award recognizes engineers at Microsoft partner organizations who have made outstanding contributions through the adoption of advanced technologies and the promotion of Microsoft technologies within their organizations.
We believe this recognition reflects our multifaceted initiatives leveraging Microsoft technologies and AI, including research on AI-ready data design, business process optimization, and enhanced security.

Top Partner Engineer Award

The JBS Group was recognized across all five categories: Azure Apps & Infrastructure, Azure Data & AI, Modern Work & Copilot, Business Applications, and Security, and once again set a new record for the highest number of award recipients among partners for the third consecutive year since the award’s inception. With this latest recognition, the cumulative number of Microsoft Top Partner Engineer Award recipients within the JBS Group has reached 47.
To address the increasingly diverse challenges faced by customers, JBS actively develops highly specialized technical talent. The number of award recipients continues to grow each year, alongside the cumulative number of Microsoft-certified professionals within the company (4,809 as of the fiscal year ended September 2024).
With this strong foundation in place, JBS provides comprehensive support for companies, leveraging deep knowledge and experience in Microsoft solutions, from DX initiatives to solution implementation, operation, and effective utilization.

JBS Initiatives (Background to the Award)

As a multi-vendor provider with strong expertise in Microsoft solutions, JBS delivers integrated proposals and services that include linkage of third-party products on Microsoft cloud platforms. With regard to rapidly evolving AI technologies, JBS has focused on leveraging AI not merely as a tool for realizing efficiencies, but from a DX perspective, applying it to solve business challenges and create new value for companies.

  • Utilized Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform to visualize and optimize workflows that rely on individual expertise. Developed solutions that drive companies’ DX, redesign business processes, and standardize operations.
  • Leveraged cloud-native environments and generative AI to enable flexible working styles independent of location or time. Supported transformation in the Modern Work domain while ensuring security and governance.
  • Provided advanced, comprehensive security solutions to ensure safety in response to access control and other security challenges arising from the evolving roles of users in generative AI environments.

  • Together with the employees recognized in this award, JBS aims to collaborate with Microsoft Japan and other partners to leverage technological innovation in contributing to the sustainable growth of businesses and society.
