JBS Releases Community Support Service for Learning How to Use Copilot for Microsoft 365

This is a user-driven community support service for companies that are struggling to make use of Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 (hereinafter, “Copilot for Microsoft 365”) and other generative AI in actual work operations.
While generative AI has the potential to be used in all sorts of work operations, no instruction manual exists that shows concrete ways of actually using it. Through a repetition of learning what methods of use there are, actually using it, and being creative about it, it is possible to maximize the value of generative AI in work scenarios. That is why as users share beneficial usage methods and success stories and help each other within communities (=teams/channels) created in Microsoft Teams (hereinafter, “Teams”), JBS will assist further generative AI usage through prompt generation and support people to learn to use Copilot for Microsoft 365.
As a new form of help desk, the service aims for users to access Teams themselves, learn on their own, and share their success stories, and as a result, promote the use of generative AI throughout the entire organization.
JBS also participated in the verification program held by Microsoft Japan Company, Limited (Headquarters: Minato Ward, Tokyo; hereinafter, “Microsoft Japan”) ahead of the general release of Copilot for Microsoft 365 and had employees actually use Copilot for Microsoft 365 for work and the experiences of technical verification were reflected in Copilot NAVI and the Generative AI Community Support Service.
Description of the Services of the Generative AI Community Support Service
1. Support for Community Vitalization
JBS generative AI engineers participate in customer communities to provide backup support for generative AI community vitalization. They follow up on responses such as on inquiries that have not yet been resolved.
2. Provision of a Prompt Assistant
We provide an app that generates prompts so that generative AI can be used immediately in work. By selecting and entering the necessary items for each work description, you can obtain appropriate prompts to gain high precision responses from generative AI.
3. Provision of Custom Prompts
We create new prompts in accordance with customers’ individual requests. Unlike with the above-mentioned prompt assistant, you can obtain prompts that directly connect to your work, leading to streamlining of specific work tasks.
4. Basic Training for Prompt Engineering
In generative AI usage, it is important for all users to understand basic prompt engineering. We provide classroom learning including a Q&A so that even beginners can use generative AI without hesitation.
