Conclusion of Service Provider Contract with Yokogawa Rental & Lease for the PC Subscription Service Cotoka for PC

AnnouncementJBS has concluded a service provider contract with Yokogawa Rental & Lease Corporation (Shinjuku Ward, Tokyo; hereinafter “Yokogawa Rental & Lease”) for sales of the PC subscription service “Cotoka for PC” and has already begun the service.
The rapid diversification of work styles during the COVID pandemic has had a great impact on PC operations in corporate activities. Against this backdrop, JBS has been providing a personal computer life cycle management (PCLCM) service* as a one-stop service for total support of PC operations and management, from PC selection and installation to operation, and through to disposal.
Now, by adding the PC subscription service for corporations, Cotoka for PC, as a choice for a new PCLCM service using Windows Autopilot and Windows Intune to JBS’s lineup, we can provide a PC operation environment that is even better suited to our customers. By using JBS’s comprehensive service, customers can efficiently operate PCs throughout their life cycle from operation and management to disposal.
Characteristics of Cotoka for PC
A corporate PC subscription service (device as a service) for corporations offered by Yokogawa Rental & Lease. Contracted corporate users are able to select the PC devices of their choice from the online Cotoka Platform and have them delivered, enabling them to obtain or exchange PCs directly. Not only does this reduce the burden on administrators and users for the initial setup/initialization, inquiries during operation and troubleshooting are also included and can be used as part of JBS’s PCLCM service.
PCLCM service : a service that provides support for IT equipment from planning and procurement through to operation and disposal.
