JBS Acquires Vantel System Inc as a Wholly-Owned Subsidiary

JBS announced it has completed its acquisition of Vantel System Inc (Headquartered in Taito-ku, Tokyo, President: Takashi Tanizawa, hereinafter VSK) as a wholly-owned subsidiary of JBS.

Adding VSK enables JBS Group to strengthen its application development capacity. VSK with its expertise in financial territory will expand our business area as well as enhance our business value to our customers.
