Dynamics CRM Case Study at 'Nissay' with JBS as Implementation Partner Introduced by Microsoft
JBS today announced the introduction of a case study featuring Dynamics CRM at Nippon Life Insurance Company (Hereinafter Nissay) by Microsoft.
Nissay as an institutional investor gives high priority to asset management. As part of managing activities Nissay decided to implement Dynamics CRM to improve tenant sales support in real estate business. By migrating the former system on Microsoft Access to the cloud, information sharing was put in practice among salespersons on a real-time basis. High expandability to store various information has been also achieved. It took only a month to implement the new system and data conversion was complete in five days without trouble.
JBS offered Live Support for Dynamics CRM Online. By organizing a user-centric project structure the production system was quickly built. And without much modifying data structure of Access based system, JBS was able to provide support for migrating to Dynamics CRM.
