It can be accessed from a computer browser and provides functions to facilitate both internal and external scheduling.

  • Service Overview

  • Service Benefits

Sukeraku supports “searching for spare time,” “coordinating schedules with external participants,” “post-decision settings,” and other tasks that meeting coordinators find bothersome.

    Easily Identify Meeting Date Candidates
    会議候補日が簡単に見つかる

By supporting scheduling with internal participants with an original recommendation function, you can easily find dates when everyone is available. This makes it unnecessary to line up all the participants’ schedules to check their schedules, reducing the time to search for an opening.

You Can Coordinate by Checking Participants’ Schedules
    参加者の予定を確認して調整できる

You can search for open times that can be coordinated by checking candidate dates. You can check and coordinate “time slots that are actually open” that can’t be confirmed mechanically.

    Automate Scheduling with External Participants
    社外参加者との調整を自動化できる

Attendance requests are sent to e-mail addresses specified by external participants. The external participants just have to answer the days that they are free to complete the schedule.

It has been confirmed that using Sukeraku for Microsoft 365 has the effect of greatly reducing the time spent on scheduling both internal and external meetings.

    Searching for Candidate Dates

The available times of the selected participants are shown on the calendar as “day available” or “day possibly available.” If the planned subject line corresponds to a set keyword (example: work from home), it will be considered and shown as available time.

    Searching for Candidate Dates

    Selection of Candidate Date

When a candidate date is selected, the participants’ schedules are lined up and displayed. You can then look at the displayed schedules, check the available times, and drag the meeting candidate time easily to select it. The selected time will be automatically blocked in the schedule as a tentative schedule.

    Selection of Candidate Date

    External Schedule Coordination

After the candidate date is selected, if the e-mail addresses of external participants are registered, an e-mail will be sent automatically to request their attendance. External participants can access an online display from the e-mail to select and answer convenient dates. Once all of the participants’ answers are in, the scheduler finalizes the date and the tentative dates are deleted.

    External Schedule Coordination

    List of Functions

    Function Description
Internal schedule coordination Recommendation of candidate dates Candidate times are displayed according to participants’ schedules and meeting room availability and if no completely open time is found, it supports schedule coordination.
Schedule confirmation of internal participants The candidate dates can be decided while checking the schedules of participants before and after the candidate times.
Repeat schedules Regular meetings on a weekly or monthly basis can be registered. If the same meeting room cannot be reserved, a different meeting room can be selected.
External schedule coordination Schedule coordination with multiple candidates You can request attendance confirmations to external participants displaying multiple candidate times.
Online attendance response External participants can select a convenient time from the candidate times displayed to respond. The selected time can be registered in their own calendar so that they don’t forget it.
Viewing other participants’ responses External participants can respond about their own attendance while taking other participants’ attendance responses into consideration
Streamlining Automatic release when the schedule is fixed When the schedule is fixed from among several candidate dates, the other times will be automatically released, saving you the trouble of freeing them individually and preventing you from forgetting to free them.
Support for setting of participants If the time-consuming setting of participants is registered as a “favorite,” it is possible to set participants immediately or set participants all at once on a project or organization basis as a “group.”
Outlook add-on In order to exchange e-mails and adjust schedules smoothly, you can set external participants’ e-mails automatically.
Advance registration of agenda You can register the agenda of a meeting when adjusting the schedule and communicate them to participants. The host can adjust the schedule with the agenda in mind, which reduces unproductive meetings.
Other Usage situation report The administrator can check changes in the number of users or number of scheduled meetings adjusted and see the usage situation.
Online meeting tool linkage It is possible to link with Microsoft Teams meetings.
Trial There is no limitation on the number of users or functions during the trial, enabling you to evaluate all functions.
