This service provides comprehensive support for everything from selection and adoption of devices, to support for hardware issues, to data deletion at the time of return, all tailored to your needs, with the use of client computers that are purchased, or rented on a monthly basis. You can freely select any service you require for each phase. The rate structure is such that you will only pay for what you need, enabling you to keep costs to a minimum.

About hardware maintenance during contract period

During the contract period, with one telephone call, we will collect any faulty hardware and replace it with a working item from our reserve inventory. After the faulty device is repaired, it will be kept as reserve inventory.

    We provide client computer hardware on rental contracts.

    2. Asset management

    We offer as a service the real-time acquisition and management of asset information, which otherwise tends to demand a large amount of time and effort, and requires the involvement of more personnel than you might want to devote.

    3. Service desk response to failures / Equipment failure isolation

    If you suspect that you have faulty hardware, we have a desk for responding to such cases.

    4. Standby device exchange and delivery

    We will provide and set up standby devices in exchange for any hardware deemed to be faulty.

    5. Device collection / HDD data erasure / Issuing of certificate of erasure

    After the rental period, we will collect all applicable devices. Any HDD data on collected devices will be erased and rendered impossible to recover. This prevents any leakage of your company’s information after the equipment is returned. Additionally, after the data is erased, we will issue a certificate of erasure.
