With MigrationWiz ( a SaaS mailbox migration tool provided by BitTitan from the US ), you can safely migrate your on-premise or cloud messaging system to Office 365 or Exchange Server. Since it's a cloud based service, there's no need to prepare hardware or software for data migration.
