In this service, we support all work necessary to use Teams Rooms, from considering your usage method through to installation.
Hands-on Seminar
You are provided with the opportunity to experience a hands-on meeting using Teams Rooms to understand what you can do with Teams Rooms, and receive an explanation on the wiring method to install the device. Understanding what kind of device it is helps to facilitate considerations later.
Device Selection
We check the meeting room that the device will be installed in, and interview you about how you normally conduct online meetings. We next consider the model and configuration to propose the optimal device and other optional equipment for you. After you confirm the proposed contents, all you have to do is communicate your wishes to JBS to complete the device selection. If you want to mount the device on a wall, we can also introduce a vendor who can do the necessary work.
Arranging the Device
JBS will make arrangements for the purchase and deliver the selected device.
- Please make your own arrangements for and conduct construction related to the meeting room, such as wall-mounting, etc.
Implementation Preparation
JBS presents how to conduct and confirm the various settings necessary for the Microsoft 365 tenants in order to use Teams Rooms. All you have to do is follow the presented contents for the settings in order to complete implementation preparations.
Implementation
We conduct installation work for the Teams Rooms device and explain how to operate it. Because JBS communicates the basic operation method and administrator work contents, you can use Teams Rooms as soon as it is installed. If you decide to utilize user training, it will be held on a separate day from the day of installation.
