Service Overview

Based on the knowledge accumulated by JBS, we identify current problems and propose improvement measures for the CRM/ SFA systems and projects to implement a support management system. This is a service that can improve the effects of the Dynamics 365 system that has already been implemented at your company.

  • Service Flow

    We first conduct an assessment of the customer environment. We clarify problems that you have in using Dynamics 365 from both the aspects of function and operation. We consider improvement measures for problems that have emerged and propose an implementation plan.

    STEP 1 : Assessment

    • Investigate materials such as existing documentation on the application
    • Conduct individual interviews with users and system managers using an interview sheet created by JBS
    • Check and investigate the actual environment

    STEP 2 : Visualize problems and countermeasures

    • Organize assessment results and extract problems
    • Conduct analysis and assessment of causes and impacts of problems
    • Consider countermeasures for problems

    STEP 3 : Present the estimated costs for countermeasures

    • Form and propose an implementation plan for countermeasures
