We hold a workshop using an original framework by JBS that incorporates the concept of change management. At the workshop, you will be able to grasp the current situation using the system usage situation data* and set objectives for the adoption and KPIs in order to formulate the overall plan, and conduct evaluation of the measures. This process makes implementing the second cycle and thereafter smoother. *If the usage situation data cannot be acquired, we move forward with considerations based on interview information. |

Considering the details of measures takes place based on measures prepared by JBS, and you consider and decide on the objectives, implementation period, provision method, etc. From creating guidelines to training and manuals, we prepare various content to make preparations run smoothly. |

By conducting an evaluation based on both quantitative and qualitative data, you realize an evaluation based on the situation on-site. Based on the evaluation results, you can then decide whether to conduct the next cycle, and the cycle is completed. |
