This service builds and supports automation and control of Teams deployment and management. Unifying your policy management, from implementation plans to post-implementation support we support your IT assets administrator in handling various issues, such as superfluous internal team management, and risks of information leakage in a remote work environment. With knowledge gained from JBS’s implementation experience, we recommend best practice operations in relation to Teams management.
This is a SaaS solution which realizes maintenance of governance for Microsoft 365 and reduces the burden on the IT department by using automation functions. This makes it easy to conduct the appropriate maintenance and management actions required to safely and securely use Microsoft 365 Groups, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams.

Teams management where teams are created excessively and threats in the remote work environment (when inviting external guests) can be simplified through the approval function. It can be built and tested in as little as five business days from receiving the interview sheet from you. We provide support from the Cloud Governance implementation plan to post-implementation operation.
