JBS Wins Learning Champion at the Talent Awards 2022 Hosted by LinkedIn, a First in Japan

Japan Business Systems, Inc. (Headquarters: Minato Ward, Tokyo; President: Yukihiro Makita; hereinafter, “JBS”) won the Learning Champion category at the Talent Awards 2022 hosted by LinkedIn. With this win JBS has become Japan’s first Learning Champion.

The Talent Awards 2022 is a global event hosted by LinkedIn to recognize companies that are using LinkedIn Talent Solutions successfully. There are six award categories in Japan. Among these, JBS was selected as the winning company in the Learning Champion category (between 1,000 and 5,000 employees on LinkedIn), which recognizes companies that are contributing to improving the skills of their employees by focusing on employees’ learning and human resources development from among all Japanese companies that are implementing LinkedIn’s learning solutions.＜br /> As this is the first year for these awards to be presented in Japan, JBS is Japan’s first-ever Learning Champion.

JBS promotes human capital management based on a concept of providing employees with an environment that is easy to work in and continuously supporting their growth in order to provide better services to customers. In the field of human resources development JBS has developed an environment in which employees can maximize their upskilling such as by establishing the JBS Training Center, a dedicated training facility for employees, and preparing a wide range of training programs that employees can access at any time. As part of these efforts, JBS distributed LinkedIn accounts to all employees in January 2020 to use LinkedIn training contents.
Recognizing the great impact these activities have had on the organization, LinkedIn awarded JBS as Learning Champion.

Going forward, JBS will continue to support the growth of its employees through the uses of LinkedIn and other solutions to drive human capital management.
