JBS Wins the Microsoft Japan Partner of the Year Award for the Seventh Consecutive Year Together with the New Co-Sell Award for Its Own Services and Contributing to Expanded Sales for Microsoft and Other Partner Products

(Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative: Yukihiro Makita, President; hereinafter “JBS”) won the Co-Sell Award at Microsoft Japan Partner of the Year 2019 held by Microsoft Japan Co. Ltd. (hereinafter “Microsoft”) on August 30, 2019. With this award, JBS has now won an award at Microsoft Japan Partner of the Year for seven consecutive years.
Microsoft Japan Partner of the Year is an event at which Microsoft selects partner companies that have achieved outstanding results in 23 categories from among Microsoft Partner Network participating companies. The Co-Sell Award is a new category established in 2019. It is awarded to a partner that made a prominent contribution to Microsoft solutions through the implementation and provision of Co-Sell* solutions.

Co-Sell is a Microsoft system for a company to develop their own services in cooperation with Microsoft and other partners worldwide and jointly promote them in order to fulfill customers’ needs.
The reason for JBS winning this award is as follows.
JBS swiftly recognized the significance of the Co-Sell measures that Microsoft Corporation are focusing on globally and implemented the development of many original solutions and services. Additionally, by collaborating with global third party vendors based on Microsoft Japan’s cloud platform Microsoft Azure and making efforts to strengthen its internal support system, JBS also contributed to solution sales for Microsoft Japan and other partners. As a result, JBS achieved the highest number of Co-Sell project orders among all partners in Japan.
