JBS Adopts a Monitoring and Operation Platform Compatible with Microsoft Azure for Its Managed System Service and Renews JBS Original Services With Cloud and Hybrid Environment Strengths

Japan Business Systems, Inc. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative: Yukihiro Makita, President; hereinafter “JBS”) has adopted OpsRamp*, an operation platform suitable for Microsoft’s cloud services as an operation platform for its enterprise outsourcing service, the MATRIX for Managed System Services, and renewed its services on January 29, 2019.

In recent years, the use of advanced technologies such as IoT, big data, and AI have advanced and more and more IT systems are switching to clouds. The needs of our customer companies for system operation and monitoring for cloud and hybrid environments are increasing and this new JBS service sets out to respond to such expectations. By integrating the operation of Microsoft Azure and hybrid environments, in which JBS has its strength, we can provide even more efficient, safer and securer support.

Background

As more and more corporate systems switch to clouds, needs for system monitoring that extends over to cloud and hybrid systems are increasing daily. Moreover, as the use of multiclouds such as IaaS, PaaS, and private clouds become more common and they become increasingly complex, it is becoming necessary to integrate all systems in order to monitor and operate them.

  • Expanded support range for cloud and multicloud environments such as Microsoft Azure
  • Reduction of operation man-hours with improved automation and speed as the generation of alerts, issuance of incidents, reports to customers, and initial response becomes automated.
