Pressrelease

Japan Business Systems, Inc. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative: Yukihiro Makita, President; hereinafter “JBS”) announces today the adoption of HDE One, a cloud service by HDE, Inc. (Head Office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, Chief Executive Officer: Kazuhiro Ogura; hereinafter “HDE”) in order to realize the prevention of erroneous transmissions and automatic encryption of attachments, which is an optional service of Smart Start for Exchange Online.

Smart Start for Exchange Online is a service that enables use of Exchange Online in a secure environment in a short period of time simply by entering the necessary information in an assessment sheet.

In order to improve the function to temporarily delay the transmission of e-mails and the automatic encryption function for attachments, both of which are in high need as an optional function, JBS selected a third party product that could be used while maintaining the distinctive characteristics of this service.

The reasons for adopting HDE One are as follows.

  • It can realize the automatic encryption of attachments, send passwords separately, and temporarily delay the transmission of e-mails.
  • It is a product that is completed on the same cloud as Office 365 / Exchange Online.
  • There is no need to register Office 365 user IDs and passwords to use HDE One, making the operational burden low.

With the adoption of HDE One this time, JBS and HDE intend to generate synergy through collaboration, forge a stronger partnership, and enhance services.
