JBS Announces its Subscription to a Third Party Allocation of New Shares by Prodelight Inc.

JBS announced its subscription to a third party allocation of shares by Prodelight Inc. (hereinafter “Prodelight”) effective April 27, 2018, investing in said company.

Prodelight, established in 2008, develops and sells INNOVERA, a cloud PBX solution that allows the migration of Japanese manufacturer-type PBX to clouds. Through the third party allocation of shares Prodelight will be able to further enhance product development related to INNOVERA. JBS will aim to strengthen its relationship with Prodelight as a business partner, while adding momentum to the further expansion of sales of enterprise-oriented cloud PBX solutions and contributing to social infrastructure.
