JBS Starts Verification Test for Resident Service for Inquiries Using AI - More Than 30 Local Governments Participate -

JBS starts today jointly with Mitsubishi Research Institute (Hereinafter MRI) verification test for "AI-Powered General Information Service" to cope with various inquiries from residents in municipalities.

This test is to verify the level of AI-powered service for residents as local governments are facing problems such as population decline, financial difficulties, and diversified complexity of residents needs.

Chat is based on AI, well learned and able to respond all kinds of questions such as child-raising, moving, new address registration, garbage rule, certificate of residence or family register, other documents. Features are provided as web apps and users can inquire using a personal computer or a smartphone.

JBS intends to improve the response accuracy for resident service before actual service launch.
