JBS Presented at DevOps Roadshow Tokyo Hosted by Puppet

JBS presented at DevOps Roadshow Tokyo hosted by Puppet on July 20, 2016. Yuji Tanaka, Director of Business Solutions Development Dept., and Kohei Sakurai, Group Manager of System Integration Group #3, Platform Solutions Dept., conducted a session titiled "How JBS is tackling DevOps."

Puppet is an IT automation software company based in Portland, Oregon. They develop an open-source configuration management tool called Puppet and sell Puppet Enterprise which is built on the open-source base and providing commercial users with improved usability as well as some commercial components.

This time over 30 developers and operators participated in DevOps Roadshow Tokyo. In our session we presented that JBS had joined Puppet User Association established at the end of 2015 and that JBS held hackathons and how we've been tackling DevOps.
