JBS supports ”JPHACKS" held in Nov. - Dec. 2015 by the students under the University of Tokyo (Hereinafter UTokyo) Social ICT Global Creative Leaders (GCL) Program. "JPHACK" is the biggest Hackathon event for students in Japan. This year with help from UTokyo, Hokkaido University, Tohoku University, Kobe City, and Kumamoto University the events will be held at 5 locations and expect to have more than 300 participants.

Through this event JBS continues to support engineers, developers, designers who create products to astonish the world.

JPHACKS Overview

JPHACKS 2014 was held in UTokyo and 34 selected teams and 120 students participated in the event.
Recognized as the biggest student Hackathon it contributed to the information science by raising the interest in programming by students.
