Takeshi Miura of JBS Appointed as Director of itSMF

JBS announced today the appointment of Takeshi Miura, Executive Officer of JBS, as a Director of itSMF.

itSMF Japan is a non-profit organization to promote spread of IT service management standards ITIL® (IT Infrastructure Library). It provides opportunities to study best practices and information source of the IT Service Management, hosts events, and translates and produces newsletters and ITIL® books.

Taking advantage of this opportunity we would like to support the activiities of itSMF for the prosperity of overall IT industry by sharing our experiences and knowhow through actual system implementation and ITIL® training services.
