Declaration and Basic Policy on Elimination of Antisocial Forces

In order to strive to become a company trusted by our customers and other stakeholders through corporate activities that comply with laws and article of associations, as well as to improve corporate value, the Company have enacted "Declaration and Basic Policy on the Elimination of Anti-Social Forces" here in accordance with the Compliance Code of Conduct established as an ethical code and guideline to be adhered to by our officers and employees.
All executives and employees will firmly confirm the content of this Declaration and Basic Policy on the Elimination of Anti-Social Forces, recognize corporate social responsibilities and public mission, and create a JBS that is trusted by customers.

Japan Business Systems Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") hereby declares that it will clearly demonstrate its commitment to blocking any and all relations with anti-social forces, fulfill its corporate social responsibility and public mission, and strive to be a company trusted by its customers. The Company hereby sets forth the basic policy for eliminating anti-social forces as follows.

1. Organizational Response

   The Company will respond to anti-social forces as an organization including the top executives, and block any and all relationships with anti-social forces. All officers and employees shall strive to eliminate anti-social forces.

2. Coordination with external specialist organizations

   In order to cope with unreasonable demands by anti-social forces, the Company will work closely with the police, the National Center for Removal of Criminal Organizations, lawyers, and other external specialist organizations on a regular basis, and take necessary measures to ensure the safety of our customers and employees.

3. Blocking of relationships, including business transactions

   The Company shall take appropriate measures not to engage in any business transactions with anti-social forces, and shall incorporate provisions on termination of contracts in the contracts so that an appropriate response can be made when it is found that an anti-social force is involved. In addition, in the event that a transaction with an anti-social force is discovered, the Company shall immediately take measures to dissolve the contract and shall endeavor to block any and all relations with such anti-social forces. In addition, the Company will reject unreasonable demands made by anti-social forces.

4. Legal responses, both civil and criminal, in the event of an emergency

   In the event of an emergency involving unjust demands by anti-social forces, the Company will take legal measures from both civil and criminal perspectives, as necessary, with the assistance of outside specialist organizations.

5. Prohibition against unauthorized transactions and provision of funds in response to unreasonable demands

   The Company will not engage in any improper business transactions, such as unauthorized transactions with, provision of funds to, or improper transactions with anti-social forces, even if such improper demands by anti-social forces are caused by the Company’s corporate scandal or a scandal involving the Company’s officers or employees.
