This is a service for customers who have concerns about the security operation of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure. Advanced log analysis ascertains alerts that truly require a response, and JBS supports you by handling such alerts and tune ups on your behalf, realizing sound maintenance of your environment.
Service Overview
This is a Security Operation Center (SOC) service provided in collaboration between JBS and security vendor S&J Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “S&J”). Security analysts provide around-the-clock monitoring of alerts for Microsoft 365 E5 Security and Microsoft Defender for Cloud (hereinafter referred to as “MDC”) and analyze multiple logs selected in accordance with your environment to tune up your security to take appropriate measures, improve the precision of security monitoring, and block known threats.

- Narrow Down to Only Alerts That Truly Need Handling

Gaining an understanding of your environment in advance, we use Microsoft Sentinel to conduct a correlation analysis of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure logs as well as firewalls and other transmission logs. This enables us to determine occurrence causes and the degree of impact of threats and let us notify you only of alerts that require handling.

JBS takes measures such as isolating networks for devices for threats that need to be handled on your behalf. Additionally, we also tune up your security such as suppressing alerts that are known to be over-detection or false positives from analysis results and blocking known threats. This enables you to improve the handling of threats and precision of monitoring without having to do actual work on your side.

For alerts that require handling, we escalate them to the customer in steps corresponding to the degree of impact. Escalated alerts are managed as tickets, and status management, communication with the customer, and reports on the measures JBS has taken are conducted via the portal site. | |

We provide reports that include the assessment of the monitoring situation security situation and monthly reports that include Microsoft 365 E5 Security and MDC update information and security topics. Additionally, we hold debriefing sessions every three months to debrief you on the submitted reports. | |
