1. Collection and Usage of Personal Information
JBS shall specify the purpose for obtaining any personal information, and limit the collection of personal information to within the scope of this purpose.
In addition, JBS shall not utilize personal information beyond this same purpose. In any case where the need for utilizing personal information beyond this scope arises, JBS shall obtain the consent of the individual for the use of this information, except in cases where legally permitted.

2. Management and Protection of Personal Information
JBS shall strictly control personal information, and take appropriate preventive as well as corrective actions to prevent the risk of unauthorized access to personal information, and the damage, loss, falsification and leakage of personal information.

3. Compliance with Regulations Relating to Personal Information
JBS shall abide by all regulations and codes relating to the personal information held by JBS.

4. Continued Commitment to Improvement of the Personal Information Protection Control System and its Structure
JBS shall be committed to continuously improving its control system and structure to protect personal information.
